Refund policy
Returns and exchanges are not accepted. If your items arrive damaged in transit, you may be asked to send us an email with your order number and pictures of items. Please track your packages and do not allow for extended periods of time in uncontrolled temperatures. Damages due to negligence will not be issued a refund. If they are deemed eligible, we will replace the damaged items at no cost to you.
